There are two different scenarios to changing a coach:
A. When a coach has already confirmed a booking and may need to be changed due to injury or illness
B. Before a coach has been confirmed
Changing a coach after a coach has already been confirmed
1. Visit the Booking System Partner Portal
2. Login with your email address and password
3. Click ‘View Bookings’ and then click the ‘All Bookings’ tab to see a summary of bookings assigned to your sport.
4. Select the booking you wish to change the coach and click the arrow on the right:
5. From the booking select the edit icon to change the coach. Highlighted inside the red box below:
6. Amend the coach by clicking the search icon and selecting the new coach from the list.
NOTE: The original coach will receive an email notification of the amendment, and the new coach will receive an email to accept or reject the booking. The school will also receive further notification advising them of the changes to their booking once the new coach accepts their booking.
7. When the new coach appears in the text box click Assign or click Amend Coach to progress.
8. You have now changed the coach. You will now see an activity log showing which coach is currently assigned to the booking.
Changing a coach before a booking has been confirmed
1. Visit the Booking System Partner Portal
2. Login with your email address and password
3. Click ‘View Bookings’ and then click the ‘All Bookings’ tab to see a summary of bookings assigned to your sport.
4. Select the booking you wish to change the coach and click the arrow on the right:
5. From the booking select the edit icon to change the coach. Highlighted inside the red box below:
6. Once on the Assign to Coach page, click the list icon or the map icon
to select the new coach.
7. When the new coach appears in the text box click Assign to progress.
8. You have now changed the coach. You will now see an activity log showing which coach is currently assigned to the booking.
