If you have received an automated booking request email detailing the following, you have the ability to ACCEPT or REJECT the request.
There will be an ‘ACCEPT’ and ‘REJECT’ button in the email. To accept the booking please click the ACCEPT button.
NOTE: This can only be clicked once. If a coach changes their mind after selecting one of the buttons they must contact their relevant coaching provider. If you wish to amend a session time or date please liaise directly with your assigned provider, prior to accepting or declining the booking request.
