As a coach you are responsible for:

• enquiring as to the insurance carried by each Organisation or School that may engage your services; and
• ensuring the adequacy and the validity of the insurance carried by the Organisation or School.

Sport Australia will not recommend any particular insurer or insurance product, nor advise on the suitability of any insurance product. This remains at the coach, school, NSO and organisations discretion.

NOTE: A coach delivering in Sporting Schools is not covered by any Sport Australia insurance. Organisations, Schools and Teachers are also not covered by Sport Australia insurance.
