NOTE: This answer applies to national sporting organisations (NSOs), state sporting organisations (SSOs) and coaching providers (CPs) only.
NSOs, SSOs and CPs can cancel a CONFIRMED booking by completing the following steps:
1. Visit Booking System Partner Portal.
2. Login with your email address and password.
3. Click on ‘Bookings’ and then select the ‘All Bookings’ tab to see a summary of bookings assigned to your sport.
4. Click the arrow (on the right) to select the booking that you wish to cancel, and click ‘CANCEL’.
5. Select your reason for canceling the booking request and click ‘Cancel Booking’.
NOTE: CPs should only ever cancel a booking if one of their coaches is assigned and has confirmed the booking.
